Proposed Chapel at Weingarten Winery - Farmington, Missouri

As Patriarch of the United Episcopal Catholic Communion, and the St. Genevieve Apostolic Church, we wish to announce the possible addition of 'chapel services' at Weingarten Winery. We  wish to thank the owners of Weingarten Winery for their consideration of this proposal.

Our organizations primary mission is to bring the solace of the church to those that have found themselves disenfranchised from their personal church of choice. Yet, we will not limit our endeavors to just that group. We are open and welcoming to all denominations and sects, either apostolic or non-apostolic.

The chapel services, with full liturgy and the Eucharist, would be held on or very near the Sunday Brunch time at the winery. For those who wish to stay in 'fellowship' after the service, they could partake of the brunch and beverages. This type of 'fellowship' time was practiced by the Apostles in peoples homes or other small gatherings. It is a great way to spend time with friends and making new ones. Fellowship is in and of itself a godly act. We would hope many, if not all, would stay and spend the afternoon with us. We will attempt to post menus and costs (brunch) once we gain permission to do so.

Initially the services would occur once or twice a month. If participation warrants a change, meeting three to four times a month would be a consideration.

The chapel would operate under the canons, rubrics and liturgies of the United Episcopal Catholic Communion and its affiliate, the St. Genevieve Apostolic Church. The liturgy itself is designed specifically to be recognizable by most denominations and sects that are apostolic based. Music is the difficult part. We have obtained legal right to a large repertoire of pre-programmed music from the Mormon Tabernacle Chamber Choir and several prominent private artists. The logistics and cost of live musical accompaniment would be well out of our reach for the near future.

The Eucharist (Holy Communion) will be provided to adults 18 and above. Children who have been confirmed in 'any denomination' may partake.

If you are interested, fill out the form below. This will for now be a 'survey' only in order to determine interest. To justify initiating the chapel, we desire an absolute minimum of twelve (12) adults to consider moving forward, fifteen (15) to twenty (20) would be ideal. The form data you provide will immediately be taken 'offline' for security reasons. The data will be an absolute minimum, just enough so that we may contact you as required. If the creation of the chapel is not successful, the data will be deleted and unrecoverable.

Thank you for your interest,

Most Rev. Brian K. Putzier
